How do you determine the cost of services?

Window cleaning - we use a custom calculator that factors in ease of access, number of, size and type of windows.


Gutter Clearing - We will quote to empty all guttering on a property, however after an initial inspection on the day we may lower the price if not all gutters need emptying. So you will never pay more and often will pay less than quoted!


Driveway Pressure Washing - Priced per m2 and varies depending on the type of surface, chemical needs or re-sanding/grouting etc.

For exterior services, it’s not necessary for you to be home as long as we have access to the areas being cleaned.

What happens if it rains on the scheduled day?

We monitor weather conditions closely. Light rain doesn’t affect our service, but in severe weather, we’ll reschedule at your earliest convenience.
